The Craniosacral therapist uses special osteopathic manipulations to listen and palpate the restrictions in the muscles and the facia by using an intuitive touch to facilitate the body’s natural ability to switch from stress and pain into rest and restoration. When we are at rest, we heal the best!
Valeriya is passionate in promoting self-care, injury prevention, decreasing pain, reducing recovery time and stress. Her goal is to help others live an active, pain-free, enjoyable life.
